Way to go kids! You did it.

Last week GM announced a $35 million march towards ALL E V. GM’s plan back in March 2020 was to invest $20 billion over five years in electric and autonomous vehicles. That money would go toward building and equipping factories, engineering expenses, and other development costs.

At the time, GM aimed to sell more than 1 million electric vehicles by 2025, with dozens of new models based on its home-grown Ultium battery technology.

Now Audi is the latest automaker to express its intent to completely end building combustion engine vehicles. They have said that they will stop building gas and diesel vehicles by 2026. Five short years from now.

As for the Hybrid line? Well from that point forward, no longer either.

According to The Drive; The Audi board chairman offered the deadline to company executives and labor representatives this week. The company said in March of this year that it would stop developing new combustion engines. Ah great.

The company has been in the midst of a “massive realignment” to try and gel with the Biden administration’s intent to subsidize E V production and infrastructure, according to Automotive News. More Public Private partnerships. Oh Goodie!

The parent company is reportedly “gearing up to make and sell considerably more electric vehicles in North America after U.S. President Joe Biden mapped out a $174 billion plan to accelerate the move to electric cars.”

There’s nothing like $174 billion to help motivate a massive business pivot, is there?

Name an auto manufacture that is not running like pigs squealing to the trough of free money. All they have to do is merge with the Federal System and VOILA – they too can have a Public Private PARTNERSHIP with the government. How cozy! How scary and how wrong.

Let’s pause for a bit and take a turn on this whole cluster of a mess. Instead of exposing the obvious and blatant in bed attempt being made here against your sovereignty. Let’s look across the way a bit. Here is a question to get you lined up with the idea. Ready? OK.

If in the next five years we are to flood the market with nothing but electric vehicles available for purchase is that a good thing?

Before we answer that there are a couple of “Mile Markers” we have just passed on this one. Again, the latest being the massive capital infusion into the industry. It is taking place by companies that already have a global manufacturing infrastructure and history of mass production. Chances are pretty good that this thing is going to happen.

This can be evidenced by the fact that the economically advantaged are the early adopters to new markets because of initial price constraint on the manufacturer. So as the deep pockets buy the luxury goods first the price falls for those of less economic advantages.

So, what of those less economically advantaged peoples?

Well, we suppose we will still need our gas-powered cars for a while. Reasonable to expect. It is the way these trends work. Cell Phones were only available for people with money. The Brick. Car Phones, Computer’s blah blah blah. The price starts high and then tapers as more demand is reached.

But what of the oil and gas industry through all of this? If we start reducing the sale of gasoline by millions of gallons a day in a compressed period of time, the edicts of supply and demand are going to drive gas to an astronomical price well beyond what anyone today thinks is even possible. Actions have outcomes.

After we get through what we are being told is going to be a seamless and non-violent transition we still have something even larger to deal with. If that is even possible.

Has anyone besides us been seeing the headlines about Texas, California, Arizona and others. About what? Well, these Greener than thou States are not able to keep up with the Air Conditioners and Heaters for their citizens.

While we are on the whole power thing, did you see the stories about smart thermostats in peoples homes were turned warmer for a three hour period in Texas during a “power shortage”. Nice, they can even control your AC now. Way to go kids!

These are the same States that adopted a green new deal infrastructure infusion of wind and solar as MAJOR sectors of their grid. Makes nuclear look better all the time. Quiet, safe, abundant, always on!

So, answer us this.

How in the hell are we going to charge everyone’s car when we cannot even produce enough power for our basic needs?

See the problem with the common core math?

Alexandria Occasional Cortex can maybe explain it for us.

Now, let’s just say the “gubberment” was not providing a Hundred and Seventy BILLION plus. Do you think the manufacturers would be biting the hook as tight? Yeah, us either. You can receive up to a $7,500 tax credit though if you buy one. Great more money from the Peoples pile.

Can’t you just see the calls now? “Sorry boss, my power was throttled last night and the car only has one bar. I won’t be in today.”

If there is to be no more gas combustion engines then what of Trains, Planes and Trucks? The cost of fuel if they do need to remain combustion is going to be outrageous and will effect your retail and food costs. As well as your travel cost in a major way.

E V technology is promising. It promises environmental nightmares ahead with piles of acid filled heaps of millions of batteries that are out of service. The unicorns are not going to just take them apart and dispose of them with no trace or residue. It promises years of abject poverty and unrequested hardship by many.

So, welcome to the Brave new world. ESG Scores and more for everyone. Including you fellow global citizen. This is just the first of many Great Reset or Build Back Better initiatives that are going to be attempted to be draped upon you – like it or not.

When you see initiatives like this locally in your County and Municipal Governments you know where they stem from. Agenda 2030, Sustainable Development, World Economic Forum & others.

Welcome to the closing chapters of Sustainable everything. Thank you to all that sold your country down the drain and into the pipe dream of global agreeance and outcome. The Great Reset as it is now branded. Way to go kids! You did it. You acted like useful idiots in your ego driven play of power and greed.

All the while you hid behind banner of Party, partisanship and racial division to advance the Global Agenda known as the Great Reset. The early adopters of sustainable development in Martin County opened the gateway to this type of reality in your own neighborhood. Stuart is equally as complicit in their adherence to this ridiculous march towards global everything.

It seems to be the younger among them that are foot to the floor on this stuff. They should consider that there was once a world before them. They may want to know too that as early as 1967 the last cultural revolution of ideas ended in 30 plus million dead.

Hang on kids, the bumps are just beginning! Turbulence and consequences ahead! Standby

Governance is not designed to be a spectator’s sport.

Think back to the three expedited discussions that we just had publicly about the Tractor Supply development efforts. With only one of those being open public discussion. Not comment, but discussion.

We went from the development application being heard by the PZA on a Wednesday, then exactly one week later a Town Hall in Indianwood. Then one day later a final vote by the Council to approve. Eight days of public discourse.

Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Let’s look.

On the good side the government sure is efficient in their clerical and administrative details. To what benefit for you, us, WE THE PEOPLE, is there for this rush of over efficiency to shove it through with such haste?

With an election coming you better make sure you know what you want to turn your Village into, what is their vision for you?

Be certain of the fact that your Council knew of this way in advance and had several opportunities to speak with the people involved. They knew well before you even heard a whisper of the plans. You only had 8 days though.

There is one caveat to this that is worth the mention.

Credible first-hand sighting of a Human burial on that property several decades back was presented to the PZA Board that voted 4-1 to approve it. They also approved what is a list of variances required to meet the same rules they are supposed to be safe guarding.

Even with the reality of a human body in their midst there was not even a whisper of getting answers before they voted. People like Marjorie Beary asked solid questions that raised serious concerns. Still though – Zoom Zoom!

Tony Zweiner was the only one that dissented with his vote. He said, “The sanctity of Human life is worth the effort to slow this down and make sure that what we are doing is right.”

Further he explained to his fellow Board Members that they were there to uphold the structure and letter of the LDR’s. “Not doing so would set precedent and create a potential for lawsuit moving forward.”

The LDR’s are the rules people have to follow to build anything in Indiantown. The idea being that everyone has an equal right to development under equal rules. When you allow variance for interpretation, well, who gets to interpret next time? The one that is paid the most?

What if you do not allow the next developers variance for similar reasons like you just did for Tractor Supply? That sounds more like equity than equality. It sounds like legal issues.

That next week after the PZA vote, there was a town hall at Indianwood Retirement Park. This is where the theme started to perform a rehearsed form of dialectic legal pattern. You heard it twenty times if you heard it once, “We met everything we were required to do.” Meaning, you should just approve us or we will sue you.

The problem with that though is they did not do everything required. They just wanted that drum beat to pound in your heads and your ears like the propaganda it is. Edward Bernays would have been proud.

See, they had to get approval from your Council to set aside portions of those common Land Regulations in order to give the developer the permission to build. Your Village Council in a 4-1 vote, voted for some pretty big variances from the rules, Ms. Gibbs-Thomas was in dissent. She said no to the variances.

Because of the 4 Village People who voted “YES”, the next guy has an argument to make that they deserve the same types of favors for exemption from the rules.

Not only that, did you see how quickly Antony was willing to sell the Peoples Development Rights to the highest bidder?

What do we mean? He gave away the value of the opportunity like a childish promoter. He did so for his more for his own gain of notoriety.

When we spoke with Ms. Gibbs-Thomas, we asked her what her general take was on the whole development affair.

To summarize the discussion, our general takeaway was this; Every piece of land in Indiantown that has the potential to be built on is fixed in number. There are only so many acres to build on. That makes the limited amount of land pretty darn valuable if you are looking to cash in. Like Tractor Supply was.

That makes the land a very valuable commodity. One people are willing to pay handsomely for. The Village Council in the end are the commodity brokers in a way. When you really stop to consider what she is saying, she is right.

There is only so much land, why back down from the first challenge of the rules, the LDR’s like Antony did?

Jackie, Janet, Antony and staff on more than one occasion has heralded the rules as the best in the land. Why not stand up for them instead of selling out to the first offer that comes down the pipe? Or do they have no real value to them?

You see, Antony was quick to rush in and give away the store if he had too. One has to ask why?  For what?

What benefit is there to the people of Booker Park or Up town?

What benefit for Indianwood or the local businesses?

As it turned out the Developer said he had a deal breaker on one of the rules that the Village required and the Village either set the rule aside or Tractor Supply was walking. How did Antony take it?

This is a picture of a sitting Councilman obviously praying with his Economic Development Director during discussion on the matter.

What else could they be doing IN THE SUNSHINE while the meeting is taking place?

What was said?

We will never know, in a public meeting, what was said by the two of them. That is wrong and very unethical. Play time is over. The people deserve better.

Especially when there is no consideration for the Hometown Family-owned businesses. Seems like an agenda by the few. Somehow, what has been here is not good enough and there is no loyalty or consideration to those who brought Indiantown this far. Elected or not.

So, for the $5,000.00 a year in additional taxes and the 6 to 8 people that will be employed (their numbers from the application) no one can point to another economic benefit when asked. Two of those jobs are management and will come from outside. So, we gain 4 clerk’s positions in Indiantown. For those four people we are sure the work will mean a lot. Good Luck.

The Staff claims that you, the People of Indiantown asked for this type of high density commercial retail development.

OK, so let’s recap a bit because there is more.

  • So far, a development of impact application was heard by the PZA and the Council in an 8 day window.
  • There was one opportunity for a poorly advertised Town Hall.
  • There were over 400+ pages of related material to digest in a very short period of time.
  • There was question of the still unsettled outcome of the Human remains. More on that in a minute.
  • There was no consideration, by four Council people for the value or sanctity of the rules the Council is charged with guarding.

At this point it seems fair to say, something is just not right about all this.

Did you know that there is an additional 35 freshly platted acres adjacent to the Indianwood community for similar buildout?  They are already being brokered by certain powers in town. This will bring much more commercial density, noise, light and criminal element in the Village.

The transitory nature of the people in and out of the new development is cause for concern. Time and the crime blotter will tell the outcome on that one.

If we are to be governed then we should demand better from our elected. Know that this is just the first of what will be many similar applications for commercial retail coming forward. Not only there, but elsewhere.

If you were not there or did not see any of the three meetings, we will help you out.

Know this though. Your non participation in the process is enough to offset the needed weight of those that do participate. Your voice does matter, stand with your neighbor in your interests and theirs or what you have in store will be far worse than one Tractor Supply.

As you are hopefully seeing with fire rescue and now this freight train that just crashed the door, governance is not designed to be a spectator’s sport. The good people of Indiantown need to either get up off their backsides or wallow in the mess that is about to ensnare you.

In reference to the potential of human remains being known to exist on the property, TAM has been busy. We have contacted the MCSO under FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) in an effort to follow what is taking place as the Florida Statute requires.

We have also been in contact with an Independent Anthropologist that has used their access to satellite images to confirm that the mound is where it was reported to be.  Given the nature of the potential, we are hopeful the owners will be willing to let a third party that does not have a dog in the hunt do some digging as they say. We do not mean having the developer hiring or pay them either. How cozy of an outcome can that produce? We mean a true independent.

Oh, one last thing needs to be said to the those insisting that the story of remains is a “rumor”.

Your daughter was seen making out with someone a few years back in the woods. That is a rumor.

Having three eyewitnesses as well as several sources of corroborating independent knowledge about the burial of human remains is not a rumor. It is a matter that deserves the attention of everyone. That way we can make sure that the outcome of the investigation will bring satisfactory answers for everyone.

So, until there is law, eyewitnesses and corroborating knowledge, we cannot start an investigation into the rumor of your daughter.  An investigation has begun however with the eyewitness accounts and corroboration from independent sources of remains on the property.

God Rest Their Soul.

We have a lot more for you to follow on this and we will keep you updated on what we find. So, until next time step out, step up, get involved and – Standby

Village PZA Board & Human Remains

What is a PZA Board?

TAM would like to put a shout out to the Village of Indiantown PZA Board.

Our own TAM Contributor Tony Z is a serving member of the Board. The Board serves at the pleasure of the Council. One of their job’s is to review development proposals from persons that want to build on the land within the Village. Developers like the PZAB Chairman. Businesses like Tractor Supply.

The Staff spends an up-front amount of time keeping busy with the busy work they create to make sure that the application meets their basic requirements so everyone can be busy. If the application does not meet the busy work requirements, the Board discusses the reasons and potential fixes.

Beyond that they also make recommendation to the Council on approval, disapproval or changes they feel should be made. The outcomes from the PZA Board on development applications are not the final say. Just recommendations.

We tell you this because your PZA Board in the Village got hit upside the head with a big wet Tuna on an attempt to get through their first big development review. Before we get to the actual meeting there are some parts that need to be filled in.

May we say in all good nature to the good Village, please get the Board some training in Roberts Rules of Order. The parliamentary procedure being used is explainable, rough and very novice. Explainable because the people that were chosen appear to never have being exposed to parliamentary procedure.

We know you have had a workshop. Apparently, it is nowhere near the level of training the Board should be given after watching the next vote that was taken in the same workshop. As a friendly piece of advice to the Council members; if you are not going to appoint people with previous exposure to parliamentary procedures and rules, then be prepared to train them. It reflects on you.

That being what it is. We want each of the members, whom serve with no compensation, to know that we are grateful for their willingness to put themselves in the position to help amplify the voices of their neighbors in the process of growth in your community.

By having the microphone, they have a way to recommend changes or non-approval of development efforts. They are your neighbors. The recommendations & rulings of appeal they make can and should reflect the interest of all.  With the interest of the People first.

This was demonstrated in orchestrated detail by one of the Board members when discussing the Tractor Supply. Her friends call her “Maggie” (Marjorie Beary). TAM has not had an opportunity to speak one on one with her yet. We understand from some that we actually are not very well liked by her. Too bad really. We hope we can find common ground with Ms. Beary and one day meet.

We wanted to highlight her efforts at the last meeting for a reason. The first of which was her level of participation. Not only did the Board member perform her reading assignment. She took on extra credit reading as well. We could hardly stay in our seats when we watched her in action.

Do you know how refreshing it was to see a Board working in the direction it was designed to?

Her points were spot on with a number of items. A couple of which are the Heritage and wildlife on the undeveloped land.

We have been told by persons that know several of the Board members that “Maggie” is a Masters level Librarian and researcher. Wait it gets better. She has a compatriot on the Board with the same or similar Masters level skill set. It showed too. Her knowledge of the application and her points made were beginning to sound like a real issue for the applicant, Tractor Supply.

In the same meeting, Tony Zweiner brought to light a first-hand account from a local resident that they had witnessed a burial on the property when the witness was eight years old. It was believed to be an Indian. Now new information has surfaced and it appears it was a woman that lived in town. Her family was buried there and she wanted to be added to it. Recent reports to the Martin County Sheriffs office have resulted in interviews and investigation. Stay Tuned

During the period of time this was witnessed there was an enclave of Native Americans that were living in Indiantown. While it is not “officially” a Seminole mound it does not preclude it from being of another tribe or purpose. So now we have reasonable reason to think there may be a body buried, If not a family.

Well, you could have heard a pin drop when “Maggie” told the meeting that she had the coordinates on her GPS. She walked that property with frequency she said. It was 15’ in diameter she said.

Now, this is how the process should work. We could not believe our eyes. The Board was actually doing their job and due diligence.

Our expectation was that one or more of them would vote to table the development application for a period of time and return to investigate the remains. In the least.

Instead, staff drafted the language to be uttered by them and passed it out to the Board like good little puppets. Then they read their script and everything sailed right through for Tractor Supply.

Well, it sailed through after a strong chastisement from Althea. She has once again demonstrated quite openly that she has an attitude problem. Who has ever heard of staff drafting the motions for approval? Did she offer a motion to table too? There is a whole list of things that are wrong with this picture.

Well, this was about the time that the collective air was let out of the refreshing sounds that were filling the meeting. All of the sudden the same people that had issue with lighting, drainage, wildlife and more were voting for approval. We could not believe it. There was credible enough information placed in front of them that they expressed reservation with the plan in discussion. Then you have the small fact that PEOPLE may be buried on the property. Oh well, everyone of them, with exception one, Tony Zweiner, voted to approve the application for Council Rubber Stamping.

From what we saw of at least three of the Board members, the application should have rightfully been tabled to deal with some of the more blaring shortcomings with the application. Like the Light Trespassing they voted for. This will allow light to leave the lot and infringe on their neighbors, Indianwood.

Drainage anyone?

Remove 250 trees and decrease run off by 50%?

Another was the fact that they said they needed the additional light because of the potential of “Felony Thefts” occurring with merchandise stored outside. So, they are creating the potential for felony criminals to be on the border of a retirement park. Then they are only allowing 50 yards of landscaping to keep the transitory foot traffic from leaving the parking lot and wondering into the retirement community, Indianwood.

That is what we mean when we say this should have been slowed down for a bit. The PZAB has full authority to do so. They are supposed to be taking the rough edges off before it meets the Council for discussion. They would only be doing their job.

So, you can see why we said they got hit with a big wet Tuna on their first outing. We are encouraged by the interrogative nature of the Board. We hope to see it perform as it should without political mandate or team players. It is meant to do a job for the people. How this Board decides to behave is directly going to affect every citizen and business in the Village of  Indiantown. We will pray for you. So, again thank you to all that serve, it is never easy and there is always someone that is going to complain.

Your efforts are appreciated.

Your efforts will be watched.

Your efforts will be scrutinized as well.

So please continue with your level of energy and expertise.

Let the researcher come out in you all and please keep your eye on the ball.

More to follow – Stand by

Who is governing you?

Who have you elected?

YOU MUST FIRST NAME YOUR ENEMY BEFORE YOU CAN DEFEAT IT “MARXISM”

At the most basic element of humankind, it is apparent that we need a set of rules of understanding to allow us all equal opportunity for a safe and reasonable passage through life.

We have developed the concept of ownership as one of these basics. If you worked for it, earned it, it was given to you, it is yours. You own it. If someone takes it that is called theft. And for theft there is to be punishment as designed in our rules, laws.

These rules exist equally for all. In doing so they provide a way for us all to know how to navigate the world in front of us in a responsible way. In our civic agreement, these rules are to be derived from American Constitutional precepts.

Marxism, republicanism, fascism, progressivism, critical theory and other ideas of thought exist on how man should be governed. They are real. They are necessary. They are not just contrived meme blasts on socials. They are quite real. When you understand what the ideas are, well then, you can begin to find your place.

The sphere of governance outside of self is opportunistically filled with ideas and ways. They are there for you to choose. The extent of which allows you to decide how much of your Liberty and Freedom you are willing to abandon for civil rule.

Even if you decide not to choose, you will be led by those who have. If you do not know the foundation of belief of your “leader”, well, you may not like the results by blindly following them.

Be sure though – when confronted with a choice between the American form of Constitutional government, republicanism, and others, doing so will instantly put you on a path.

The path you chose is your equal right to do so. It provides a means of deciding if you are to be an enemy of the Republic or an American.

For those who have sworn oath to protect the American Constitution, the answer should be clear. That is unless you took an oath and are gutless.

There is a point of progression in Trojan wars that the horse is opened. Well, the enemies of America have been flooding from the horse for nearly a Century. Now they hold office in your backyard. No longer do they run to gain ground. No now they have removed their masks and are fully showing their colors.

So, when you choose what ideology you will allow to take your community down the path of governance, make sure you know the destination of those asking to be elected to govern.

You can know by evaluating their principles and ideology. Their actions and outcomes will paint the picture. Their values and principles not just their words are vital to know.

First though we each have to know where we stand and what we stand for. Then we can decide what we will tolerate and that which we will denounce.

Semantics aside, it is a natural occurrence to form governance. How we allow ourselves to be governed is up to each of us. We each have to be involved in the basics. Or be governed by those who do take the time.

It is for the Kids

I know I know – It is for the kids! Right?

Well, OK. We will give you that.

Fine. It is for the Kids, that just graduated from High School as ADULTS. All four of them that participated in the parade and the half dozen others from the class of 21’ that showed up.

Fine, it was for the kids. Who asked them though?  Seems that nobody did judging from the turnout. It looked more like a display of power and money than a community sponsored celebration. More like influence than celebration. I guess that had something to do with the fact that the Village Peoples Government was all over the thing. It was NOT citizen driven.

The decorations were over the top. No really – the Tennis Court was draped to make a private area inside of it. The decorations were not inexpensive. It looked like a small time B grade movie set.  It even had costumes.

Yepper – as it turns out “volunteers” were given and dawned shirts that look incredibly like STAFF shirts for the Indiantown Village People.

Village Logo included! Oh how nice. These were paid for by Eva Martinez we are told.

We would like to know. Is it OK with you for your TAX dollars to be paying for events? Not just this one. There have been others. If allowed there will be more too.

Remember too, Dowling made sure that we did not spend any money on the 4th of July, but stunts like this for personal PR are OK we suppose. Is that OK with you?

We have a hard time figuring out how a former Army Reserve officer can attempt to square his Marxism with American Duty and principle.

If I am not mistaken Brown claims a military past as well. Sad really.

For the record, the Garcia group and a few others stroked a check to help defray the costs of the Village Peoples event. This is the same Garcia Group that knocked out an Eagles nest and choked us to near death for two weeks when they burned local acreage to the dirt. But you have to do that when you want to asphalt it and build 250 houses on it.

It is interesting that the Garcia group chose to partner with the Village. Why not partner with the residents for their grass roots celebration tomorrow? This one will be for the kids!

We bet the turn out from the PEOPLES event will be over the top. We will be counting the participants to be sure! Thank you to the organizers Addie and Phil for their efforts. Anna Blake and the Chamber for your participation and the list goes on. Do you know who is absent from the planning & heavy lifting?

The Village People, because they could not take the lead and put themselves in the spotlight for re-election. You can bet Antony and a couple others will be front and center to take pictures and press the palms though.

You know who else is not helping? The Garcia Group. Simply because the people are not who they need to get chummy with. It is the Village People they need to be friends with! How else do you build a thousand homes in no time?

Is this starting to get any clearer for everyone? There are those that do not have your interest at heart and you can actually do something about it! As newly minted Adults so can the class of 21’.

You see, cute shirts and cupcakes may make for a good photo op. They obviously don’t make for a successful event however. The Village is a government. Not a civic rotary club or Kiwanis club. It should not behave as such.

Oh, and are you OK with your tax dollars being spent on Staff to attend and put the thing on?

It means flex time for them. So, they can take off from their job and regular duties of serving you to eat cupcakes instead. The government in Indiantown is out of control. The size and abuses of power are pathetic. This is an example of the abuse of trust and lack of stewardship with your money. We know, it is for the kids !

Now, to all of the Grads. Parade or not. You accomplished your goal.

You have attained life’s first milestone. There are many more ahead of you. Please do not look to the government to be your crutch. Look to God. We are Americans. We rely first on God then ourselves. When we list, we have neighbors and friends.

We do not need government or politicos to provide for us. We need government to get out of the way and let us accomplish our goals on our own merit and hard work! Not with self ingratiating handouts.

We wish you luck on your journey  into the world and welcome you as adults to our community.

Job Well Done Class of 21′

Hopefully you will register to vote and assist us in getting the bums out of office so we can get back to American Values and Tradition in Indiantown. You know, like fire works on the 4th of July.

Got Gas?

Welcome to President “Applesauce Brains” woke and brave new America.

COMING TO A PUMP NEAR YOU

And just like that, the Southeast of the US is heading down a dark path similar to one of the 1970s gas shortages from Virginia to Florida to Alabama following the Colonial Pipeline ransomware attack. Even with Colonial set to restore systems by the weekend, shortages have already materialized as people panic hoard.

The real panic has yet to begin as millions of Americans are waking up for work, hopping into their vehicle across the Southeast, and are hearing fuel shortages on the radio or reading push notifications on their phone. Driving down the street, they see rising fuel prices, signs at pumps that either read shortage or pump restrictions, or even see some gas stations closed.

This is beginning to look like the 1970s gas shortage. If the panic just started hours ago – just wait until tomorrow. People will freak.

A Learning Moment

OK Uncle Joe

“YOUR RACE CARD IS CANCELLED”

Did you know that 360 law enforcement officers were shot and killed last year?

Did you know that 17k plus were injured because of violence against them?

Did you know that cops killed 13 Blacks in 2019?

Care to take a guess at how many had weapons on them and threatened a cop before they died? So did we. So we looked it up. The number will not surprise anyone. Look it up.

Did you know that there are 800k police in America. 350 million people. 12 million of which are Black. and 13 were shot and killed in 2019. This does not scream systemic Racism. It is math. A Science.

In one weekend Chicago records 86 plus shootings and death by shooting. almost 100% percent of which take place in the minority drug ridden neighborhoods. This is not racist. This is factual. It is Science.

In Baltimore, right now, the scream to de-fund has left people without EMS to respond to life and Death calls.

This is as matter of fact as it gets. I do not know this Policeman in the video attached to the link below – however I would like to thank him for his taking a stand in a way that was used as it should have been. As a learning moment for everyone !

So what is my point? It is this. Critical Race Theory, Social Justice, BLM, Progressive leadership like AOC, Omar and others are poison. We need to reject the idolatry of the left and face toward God as our source of faith.

Ask yourself and answer honestly in your own heart and mind –> Who benefits from removing protection from the innocent?

This Officer Received a suspension for this and is now back serving the people.

A list of 10 for the Adults in Indiantown

TAM believes there are some things that need to be said to the adults in the room.

First.

The childish sense of racial empowerment by some members of the Village Council is a problem.

Second.

The idea of being owed something and or having an expectation of someone else paying for your things is wrong. Entitlement is amoral and no one owes you a thing.

Third.

A door of graciousness in the face of belligerence has afforded an opportunity of amicable end to a divisive matter.

Fourth.

Continued demands are going to cause all lose of any further good faith effort on the majority of the Commission.

Howard,

Today, the Board of County Commissioners gave me direction to reach out to you and communicate to you that they are offering $300,000 per year for a 5 year agreement – we will develop an Interlocal agreement for the funds – a total of $1.5M, that will be targeted to be used for your utility improvements that would benefit fire flow in Indiantown – which would enhance fire rescue’s ability to respond when providing fire and emergency services. We would create the Interlocal for the funding, and then we would expect the Village to amend their ordinance to be included in the Fire Rescue MSTU to have a 5-year term – rather than the provision to be terminated upon notice on May 1. Commissioner Jenkins brought this up during his comments and Commissioners Ciampi, Hetherington & Smith approved it. Their hope is that the Council will embrace this, and we can all move forward.

We do not have another meeting until May 11, so if you can get this to your Council, and provide us with a response, then we will begin the creation of the Interlocal.

I am in the meeting today, but if you wish to discuss further, just let me know.

Thanks,

Taryn G. Kryzda, MPA, CPM

If the Council does not publicly solidify a deal in the very near future with the County for 2022, it has been said that the political will of the Council majority is to move ahead with privatization next year.

Seventh.

Budget consideration is proposed to the tune of 1.8 million, to be spent between the beginning of the next budget cycle and October of 2022 for further steps to solidify the costs of Fire Rescue privatization.
