Here come the changes

30 Year Old Oaks Tagged

After speaking with Two (2) Village Council members and several “in the know” community leaders, we are still not much closer to knowing what the road work project on SR 710 in Indiantown is going to entail. Seems a whole lot of us are not receiving the communication required to keep up to date with the Government projects in town.

We have reached out to Anthony Dowling who sits on the MPO board and should know what the story is. He unfortunately is not responding. Guess he has us blocked in his e-mail like he does on his social media accounts. So sad. Anthony has said in the past, as recent as the last workshop, that “It is easier to drag the public along than to engage them”, so that may have something to do with it. (we have the workshop audio here)

A few days ago it was brought to our attention that a “Tree Survey” company was out tagging trees the other day along side SR 710. (directly in front of W&W Lumber on the North side)  Our sources tell us that One Ribbon means “remove the tree” and two ribbons means “prune the tree”. Well the trees we saw are single ribbon. So we asked Tony Z to follow up on the project and see what he can help us learn. You  never know unless you ask !

If you know what the road project is and what it entails, drop Tony Z a line in the space below – or ask Anthony maybe he will respond to you, then you can let us know.

We are not Going Away – We are Americans

What is our role as Legal Citizens in the United States of America?

The United States of America is a Republic of States. With each State independent in their own governance with the US Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land.

Unlike a dictatorship, a democratic government exists to serve the people, but citizens in democracies must also agree to abide by the rules and obligations by which they are governed.

Democracies grant many freedoms to their citizens including the freedom to dissent and criticize the government.

Citizenship in a democracy requires participation.

American citizens recognize that they not only have rights, they have responsibilities. They recognize that democracy requires an investment of time and hard work — a government of the people demands constant vigilance and support by the people. There are more of us than there are elected.

Legal American Citizenship is the common thread that connects all Americans.

We are a nation bound not by race or religion, but by the shared values of freedom, liberty, and equality.

In our Republic, civic participation means that citizens are required to serve on juries, or register with the Selective Services for potential national military service. Other obligations apply to all democracies and are the sole responsibility of the citizen — chief among these is respect for law. Paying one’s fair share of taxes, accepting the authority of the elected government, and respecting the rights of those with differing points of view are also examples of citizen responsibility.

Democratic citizens know that they must bear the burden of responsibility for their society if they are to benefit from its protection of their rights.

There is a saying in free societies: you get the government you deserve. For democracy to succeed, citizens must be active, not passive, because they know that the success or failure of the government is their responsibility, and no one else’s. In turn, government officials understand that all citizens should be treated equally and that bribery has no place in a democratic government.

In a democratic system, people unhappy with their leaders are free to organize and peacefully make the case for change — or try to vote those leaders out of office at established times for elections. Or by organizing Recall Elections for the overtly corrupt.

Democracies need more than an occasional vote from their citizens to remain healthy. They need the steady attention, time, and commitment of large numbers of their citizens who, in turn, look to the government to protect their rights and freedoms. They do not look to the Government to give them things, (largesse).

As a citizen it is our responsibility to be active in our government. It is our responsibility to make sure that the elected are honoring their oath of office. It is our responsibility to make sure that the elected are acting in our interest as the People.

These are not quaint colonial precepts. They are fact. So, when you decide to vote on popularity or skin color you are being irresponsible as a citizen. You are setting aside the precepts that have made this Republic the greatest experiment in Freedom that mankind has ever taken forward.

Our day to day walks in life are hard enough without malevolent and immature leaders that are self-serving and have no idea of the precepts of Constitutional Governance. The action of the few, and the lack of interest by the many has brought us to the place we are at today.

That is changing. As more citizens wake to find themselves in the clutches of immature, tyrannical race baiters and progressive politicos, we will be here to educate and organize the angry and hardworking Americans.

We are not going away.

We will not let this go. It is our duty and right as Americans to scorn those who violate the precept of Constitutional Governance. We will expose those that are dealing in the dark. We are the Light of Liberty. We are The American Citizen. Join us in an effort to Reclaim Freedom from the Tyrants.

God Bless America –

Kenny Johnson’s Manager & Cousin Busted

Palm Bay Deputy Mayor Kenny Johnson’s campaign manager, Robert Burns, convicted of embezzling $22,500 from the United States Army.

The following is State Representative Randy Fines Facebook Page.

In the aftermath of Friday’s arrest of Kenny Johnson associate Brian West, revealing Johnson facilitated a $10,000 payout after his support of West’s real estate projects, I have just learned that his campaign manager and payout intermediary, his cousin Robert Burns, was convicted of stealing $22,500 from the U.S. Army. Johnson-associate Burns was convicted of “Larceny of Government Property,” in the amount of $22,500 (UCMJ-Article 121) and lying to investigators (UCMJ – Article 107). According to official documents, the “investigation established that Johnson’s associate Burns committed the offense of larceny when he stole U.S. Government property from his work area and sold it,” and that “Investigation established that Burns committed the offense of False Official Statement when he told this office a camera was his personal property knowing it belonged to the government.”

This comes on top of Johnson’s arrest, and subsequent admission, of an illegal sexual relationship with a minor student while he was a teacher and coach at Brevard Public Schools, leading to Johnson being forbidden from participating in Brevard Public Schools facilities, and Burns’ arrest and/or plea deals in a felony rape case in Colorado, felony domestic violence in South Carolina, and felony child abuse in North Carolina. Burns is also presently under investigation by the Florida Elections Commission for criminal political fraud involving his fake news site, The Space Coast Rocket, as well as his political committee, Friends of Florida, and owes the State of Florida more than $500,000 in fines for misconduct.

How these people are allowed to serve the public, let alone not sit in prison is beyond me. But rest assured, that I will continue tirelessly exposing crooks like Burns and Johnson until they are out of office, or better yet, in jail.

TAM has just learned that new State of Florida programs and initiatives will soon be deployed to Martin County. Dist 83 FL REP Toby Overdorf told KC Ingram this evening on her live show that he is bringing resource to the region and will soon be coordinating with Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.

Close Local Connections to Indiantown are starting to appear –

We will update you as soon as we confirm more of our information

Does anyone know this person? Do you know who his friends or family are? We would like to know if you do. Please contact us on our tip line if you know this man.

He was accused of and arrested for sending pictures of his penis to minor kids in the past. He did so while he worked in the school district at the time. A six month investigation was done and charges were dropped. He is current Vice Mayor in Palm Bay and we feel he may have a link to the happenings here in Indiantown

<<Background Story Here>>

<<More Background Here>>

<<More Here Too>>

If you know who he is potentially related to in our area or involved with please help us confirm what we are starting to piece together.

So who is Robert Burns? Well Mr. Burns is the person that used the Illegal methods of displaying the Absentee Voter role to try and DOX (call out) Ms. Clowdus for her voting status in Indiantown. Burns had to obtain that list from a candidate.

The Martin County Supervisor of Elections has already told us he did not receive it from their office. They also said there were only three people who did request it. Guy Parker, Tony Z and the current Mayor of Indiantown.

We still have a mysterious campaign finance payment to look at as well. we will be filing another compliant today to ask the Division of Elections to look into questionable payments made by the recent past Mayor of Indiantown and the current one too. We believe that it may very well help link a few of these already know pieces together and further the effort of bringing the TRUTH to the light.

This is why it is important to know the people you elect to govern you.

UPDATE – Confirmed Arrest Made In Robert Burns Investigation

TAM has learned that a Local (Western Martin)  Property owner has been arrested in relation to the on going Robert Burns Investigation.

Robert Burns named in affidavit as a paid operative for funneling money in a Martin County Campaign,

Burns also appears in the affidavit as someone whom West was allegedly attempting to funnel contributions through. Burns said he did previously consult for West on a campaign in Martin County. But Burns disputed an allegation mentioned in the affidavit that West provided him with a $10,000 contribution to his political action committee, saying the figure was closer to $7,000. Burns said that, because he “refused” to use the money the way West wanted, West reversed the credit charge.
