Well, if you mean, which consulting group for dATACENTER advocacy, marketing and real estate? We have not found one that is more than front for the big tech. A consultancy is not always a science based consultancy. If they are, then we would like to hear from one. Because, my research on datacenter benefits all revolve around the economic aspects

Most use anecdotal platitudes to make you feel like you are going to be safe. They can hang carrots and make promises that they never keep. Yet, they can produce little to no tangible scientific evidence to that fact in simple comparison to looking at the historical and scientific foot print of what they have already done and are doing.
Ignoring history is done so at your own expense. Again, we are not horse and buggy people. We just don’t want the auto factories in our front yard. It is not in keeping with the rural lifestyle of the true village. Not just the Governmental boundaries. There was a group that said yes to leaving their neighbors and form their own little world.
A good question to ask them right about now is:
