This is not about which color you like best

If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.

  1. Thank you, Mr. Erick.
If water bills are already high even without usage, I can only imagine what theyโ€™ll be like once the data center is installed. There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians in Indiantown. We urgently need to audit the water company, and I will do everything in my power to make that happen. I spoke with Vivian โ€”she was very kindโ€”but then thereโ€™s Maria, the manager who acts like she owns the place. She should never hold a position that involves dealing with the public; yet, politics put her in charge of our city’s water companyโ€”a terrible choice. She is only polite when you agree with everything she says, even when sheโ€™s wrong. Ever since the new meter was installed, my bill has skyrocketed, even when I wasn’t home. I need to thank Viviane for splitting the bill, allowing me to pay $200 now and the rest on July 29thโ€”these are unfair charges! They cut off my water without even sending a warning email; I only found out when I went to meet the company technician, but he cancelled because he had to attend to other emergencies. I was left without water starting July 19th, and I don’t even know if theyโ€™ve turned it back onโ€”I went back to my boyfriend’s place. Officialsโ€”like the councilmanโ€”ought to be in their offices to listen to residents; it seems to me he only shows up once or twice a month. I thought he lived in Indiantown. Well, being a councilman like that is easy, isn’t it, Mr. Carmine?
