FPL snuck in a revised PUD agreement between last week and TODAY
The old PUD agreement had Section 15 titled RESERVED and it was left blank.
The new PUD agreement has replaced Section 15 with THIRD PARTY DEFENSE.
It is OUR understanding that this clause requires Indiantown’s Village government to defend this agreement against any legal challenge from Indiantown’s OWN RESIDENTS.
So, FPL has so graciously decided to fund that defense. This is on Page 6 of 30 of the revised agreement and page 71 of April 30th’s agenda packet.
