Thank you for putting these infographics* together Christina Esker. FP&L values their Indiantown Tesoro Groves PUD’s worth at around $76 million according to a document that is an exhibit from the deposition of FPL’s expert witness regarding their petition for a rate increase filed with the State of Florida in June of 2025. The total spent on the Tesoro Groves acquisition was $93 million in May of 2023 which totaled around 8,000 acres. About 5,722 are currently up for the rezoning which, evidently, FPL fully expects to get approved based on the documents and expenses.
