The Charts below were created to demonstrate the impact and relationships involved between the ECI, it’s members and Silver Fox 606. The applicant for 606 withdrew their plan amid public pressure. Tesoro however has developed equal overlays and the same level of conflict. In fact we have identified over 20 FS112 violations on the Tesoro Groves project alone.
