The following is an independent review of the PUD agreement with Garcia Group and The Village of Indiantown. Several significant deficiencies and changes were made. The Village of Indiantown is not working in good faith on this project. At least not in the peoples faith. It is out of character with the community and the workmanship is shoddy at best.
The PUD seems to be a minor inconvenience to the Village and to Josh with Garcia
