Is the Village Council in charge of decisions?
Does the Council decide what goes on the agenda?
Does the Village Staff decide what gets considered and what does not?
Does the Village Council have any real say at all, or are they rubber stamps for developer interests?
Or, are they being spoon fed a program that has been predetermined and created in backrooms, away from eyes and ears. With winks, nods and understandings of who will be scratching who’s back.
