If property rights are so absolute, that there is nothing anyone can do, if someone decides to build on their land, then let’s build a strip club in town.
How about a Mental Health hospital? How about, better yet, A drug rehab facility in town. A Liquor Store – a Bar and Pool Hall
There are more laws protecting you from the dangers of all of the above than there are Data Centers.
So, Village zoning allows for a light industrial classification for a strip club. That would be great right next to the truck turn around ! Lot’s of revenue if ya know what I mean ! And it is already zoned for it. Hmmmmm………. Maybe the data center exec’s can visit after a round of golf and a lap around the private go kart track in the CENTER of town. Or, better yet, fly in from Boca on your new electric air car and use the largest PRIVATE (until it is donated to the Village) grass airport in the United States to land and then it is just a short drive to little quaint AI HUB INDIANTOWN – the crown jewel of the Treasure Coast !
